The Clow Group Ltd. are delighted to have been granted a Royal Warrant as Manufacturers of Access Equipment to Her Majesty the Queen, effective from 1st January 2008.

The Clow Group was established in 1913 as a manufacturer of timber ladders and steps by W.J.Clow. Since that time the Clow Group has continued to design and develop all types of high quality access equipment and has grown to become the largest privately owned manufacturer of ladders, steps, towers and access equipment in the UK.

The current Chairman, Mr Douglas Clow, took over the company in 1980 and is the third generation of Clow's to manage the business. Douglas Clow is now followed by his son, Mr Cameron Clow, Group Managing Director and Grantee of the Royal Warrant. 'The granting of Her Majesty's Royal Warrant is a great honour for the Clow Group and a compliment to the high quality of Clow products and services.'
